This website and the applicant management system are operated by Mendritzki Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Herscheider Straße 2, 58840 Plettenberg, Germany, as the responsible body.
By acknowledging our privacy policy, you agree that the companies addressed within the Mendritzki Group may store and process your data as part of the application process and, if applicable, for subsequent recruitment. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing your application and in the recruitment process in accordance with the currently valid data protection regulations.
In addition to employees in the human resources departments, managers from the specialist departments and members of the employee representative body are also involved in this process. In our applicant portal, you will find job advertisements to which you can apply by email. When you decide to apply for a position, you will submit your personal data as well as information about your educational and professional background. The submission of all documents is voluntary. The data is also processed for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
When you submit your application documents by email, they are recorded in our applicant management system. All documents sent (cover letter, resume, certificates, and other evidence) and the information they contain are stored.
If you send us your application documents in person or by mail, we will first digitize them and then also enter them into our applicant management system. We will return the original documents to you immediately.
If your application is successful and you are hired, the data in your application documents will be transferred by our human resources departments to the respective personnel management and administration systems at the relevant location, where it will be stored and processed as employee data.
If your application was unsuccessful, we will retain it for up to 6 months after the application process has ended and then destroy it in accordance with data protection regulations. If we wish to retain your application documents for longer, we will obtain your consent separately.
Your data will only be made available to and processed by those employees in the human resources and specialist departments who are involved in filling the respective vacancy. You are personally responsible for ensuring that this data is true and correct. You can have the data you have provided to the Mendritzki Group deleted by us at any time or updated by sending us revised documents.
You can also withdraw your application at any time. Once the application process has ended or if you withdraw your application, your data will also be deleted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions after six months at the latest.
