For the manufacture of your precision parts, we have equipment at our disposal that allows us to cut strips from 1 to 16 mm in thickness from various types of steel and stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloys in a very economical manner.

DEBURRING AND CLEANING

In addition to traditional methods such as belt grinding, brushing, or vibratory finishing, we have automated CNC systems that keep your parts prices low, especially for large quantities.

PRECISION GRINDING

By using double surface grinding machines, we achieve the most precise thickness tolerances and the finest surfaces.

JOINING AND ASSEMBLY

We assemble individual and standard parts into assemblies. We use welding, riveting, and press-fit joining, among other processes, to manufacture assemblies. Based on our extensive expertise in automation, we develop concepts for this and also build systems in-house.

HEAT TREATMENT AND SURFACE-
COATING

All common heat treatment processes (tempering, hardening, and annealing) and surface coating (decorative and functional) are carried out by our certified and long-standing partner companies—consulting included.

PLASTIC COATING

Often, it is the right combination of steel and plastic that makes for the right product. In addition to high-precision steel components, we also supply these as hybrid components with plastic, with the same level of precision. There are virtually no limits when it comes to the choice of materials, even for fiber-reinforced plastics.
