Thanks to our decades of experience in the production and processing of steel, we have extensive metallurgical knowledge that enables us, with the support of our own laboratories (both physical and virtual) and our partners, to translate this knowledge into new, improved, and more cost-effective solutions for our customers in a highly targeted and efficient manner. In doing so, we make targeted use of all necessary development stages (large-scale testing, demonstrator testing, laboratory testing, simulation) in accordance with the task at hand.

Our product and pre-development team will be happy to take on your task, define possible project paths, and develop optimal solutions step by step. You can count on us to be cost-conscious, professional in our project management, and determined in our approach. If your own resources are insufficient, whether due to capacity, expertise, or methodological competence, we can draw on an extensive network of universities, colleges, and service providers.

Possible objectives for product development may include optimizing existing products in terms of cost or quality, or completely redesigning materials, stamped/fine-blanked parts, or knives for a wide variety of applications.

We consider cooperation with external partners, service providers, colleges, and universities to be a key success factor in developing new solutions that benefit our customers. In addition, we participate in relevant specialist and working groups and make targeted use of the expertise and networking opportunities offered by national and international congresses and conferences.
