We live our values

Our guidelines apply to all employees of the Mendritzki Group:

Managing directors, executives, and all employees. They also apply to external consultants and service providers, as well as to persons who are functionally equivalent to employees, such as temporary workers.

The companies of the Mendritzki Group comply at all times with the laws and regulations applicable in their respective countries, as well as with cultural customs.

Ethical and legally sound behavior is ultimately the responsibility of each individual. However, the environment must support this by not placing a higher value on business results than on ethical behavior. This means that we want to achieve our goals while always acting correctly and in an exemplary manner!

This means that our managing directors and executives have a duty to set an example and to credibly demonstrate this commitment to our employees.In addition, managers ensure that employees are familiar with the guidelines. Thefollowing non-exhaustive list clarifies the above:

  • We do not tolerate human rights violations, especially forced labor and child labor.
  • No one shall be disadvantaged or discriminated againston the basis of their ethnicity, origin, gender, age, religion, disability, or private lifestyle.
  • We use natural resources (energy, soil, water, air) responsibly.
  • We stand for fair competition.
  • We firmly reject active and passive corruption as well as extortion.
  • The health and safety of our employees is our top priority in our plants and offices.

Intentional misconduct will be punished in accordance with applicable legal provisions. To enable reports of such misconduct, we want to create an environment that is free from fear of negative consequences when reporting an incident.
